For this dish, you’ll need the following ingredients:
– 250g boneless chicken breast
– 1 cup quinoa
– 1 can coconut milk
– 1 red bell pepper
– 1 mango
– Fresh cilantro
– Curry powder
– Turmeric

To prepare this dish, you’ll need the following kitchen tools:

  • cutting board
  • saucepan
  • wooden spoon

Start by dicing the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and seasoning with curry powder and turmeric. In a saucepan, cook the chicken until browned and set aside. In the same pan, cook the quinoa in coconut milk until fluffy. Dice the red bell pepper and mango, then add them to the quinoa along with the cooked chicken. Stir in the exotic spice blend and fresh cilantro, then let the flavors meld together over low heat.
