Ingredients:

  • quinoa (200g)
  • avocado (1, ripe)
  • mango (1, ripe)
  • red onion (1/2, finely diced)
  • fresh cilantro (a handful, chopped)
  • lime (1, juiced)
  • olive oil (2 tbsp)
  • salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)
