  • quinoa – 200g
  • dried cranberries – 100g
  • pistachios (chopped) – 50g
  • maple syrup – 50ml
  • dijon mustard – 20g
  • apple cider vinegar – 20ml
  • olive oil – 30ml
  • salt and pepper to taste
