  • 1 can (400g) of canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 small red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped

  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
