  • 2 ripe avocados (about 400g)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder (50g)
  • 1/4 cup honey (85g)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (60ml)
  • Fresh raspberries, for garnish

To make this decadent mousse, start by scooping out the flesh of the ripe avocados and placing them in a food processor. Add in the cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, sea salt, and coconut milk.
