Today, I am excited to share with you a unique and creative recipe that was inspired by the art world. As a lover of both food and art, I find immense joy in combining these two passions into one delicious dish. Ingredients:

  • purple potatoes (500g)
  • gorgonzola cheese (150g)
  • prosciutto (100g)
  • honey (50ml)
  • fresh thyme (10g)

Kitchen Tools:

  • chef’s knife
  • cutting board
  • baking tray
  • oven

To start, preheat your oven to 200°C. Wash and scrub the purple potatoes thoroughly, then slice them into 1cm thick rounds. Place the potato rounds on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.

While the potatoes are roasting, cut the gorgonzola cheese into small cubes and tear the prosciutto into bite-sized pieces. Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and top each round with a cube of gorgonzola and a piece of prosciutto.

Return the tray to the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and gooey. Drizzle the potatoes with honey and sprinkle fresh thyme leaves on top for a burst of flavor and aroma.

This art history-inspired dish weighs approximately 1000g once cooked and serves 4 people. Each serving is around 250g and contains approximately 350 calories.
