  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (60g)
  • 1/4 cup honey (60ml)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (120ml)
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • fresh raspberries and mint leaves for garnish

To make this delicious mousse, start by scooping out the flesh of the ripe avocados and placing it into a food processor.
