Ingredients:

  • Fresh raspberries (300g)
  • Lemon juice (from 3 lemons)
  • Granulated sugar (200g)
  • Water (250ml)

  • Fine mesh strainer
  • Saucepan
  • Ice cream maker

To start, blend the fresh raspberries in a blender until smooth. Pass the puree through a fine mesh strainer to remove the seeds and collect the juice.
