  • 4 nori sheets
  • 200g sashimi-grade tuna, thinly sliced
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 50g pickled ginger
  • 100g sriracha mayo
  • 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
