  • 300g pizza dough
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 50g curry paste
  • 150g chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 100g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

To bring this unique pizza to life, you’ll need the following kitchen tools:

Start by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface using a rolling pin until you achieve your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet.

In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the curry paste and cook for a minute until fragrant. Pour in the coconut milk and stir until well combined. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Spread the coconut curry sauce over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Top with sliced chicken breast, bell pepper, and red onion. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
