As the summer heat starts to fade away, I find myself craving something light, refreshing, and bursting with flavor. That’s why I’m excited to share my recipe for Mango Basil Sorbet with you today. This unique combination of sweet, tropical mango and fresh, aromatic basil is sure to tantalize your taste buds and cool you down on a hot day.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes (about 500g)
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup water
