Ingredients:

  • 1 large sweet potato (200g), peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (120g)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
