These Raspberry Lemon Quinoa Bars are the perfect combination of sweet and tart, with a surprising twist of quinoa for added texture and protein. Let’s dive into this unique recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
