Today, I wanted to share with you a unique and decadent dessert that’s perfect for any occasion – my indulgent chocolate avocado mousse. This rich and creamy treat is sure to impress your family and friends with its surprising ingredients and flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados (about 400g)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder (50g)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (60ml)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (120ml)
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • Fresh raspberries for topping

Kitchen Tools:

To start, scoop out the flesh of the ripe avocados and add them to the food processor. Next, add in the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, coconut milk, and sea salt. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy, making sure to scrape down the sides of the food processor as needed.

Once the mousse is smooth and velvety, divide it into serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld together. When ready to serve, top each dish with fresh raspberries for a burst of freshness and a pop of color.

This indulgent chocolate avocado mousse weighs approximately 600g in total and serves 4 people. Each serving is around 150g, with an estimated calorie count of 250 per portion.
