I always aim to experiment with different flavor combinations and healthier alternatives in my recipes, and these popsicles are no exception. The creamy avocado blends perfectly with the sweet mango, creating a refreshing and satisfying treat that you can enjoy without any guilt.

To make these delicious Mango Avocado Popsicles, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado (about 150g)
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced (about 200g)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (120ml)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (30ml)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (15ml)

For this recipe, you will need the following kitchen tools:

  • blender
  • popsicle molds
  • measuring cups
  • knife
  • spatula

Start by scooping out the flesh of the ripe avocado and placing it in a blender. Add the diced mango, coconut milk, honey, and lime juice to the blender as well. Blend everything until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.

Next, carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some room at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and place them in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.

Once the popsicles are frozen solid, remove them from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds. Enjoy these Mango Avocado Popsicles on a hot day for a delicious and guilt-free treat.

The total weight of the cooked dish is approximately 370g, making about 6 popsicles. One serving weighs around 60g, with an approximate calorie count of 90 per serving.

One clever tip to make these popsicles even more refreshing is to add a sprinkle of sea salt on top before freezing. The salt brings out the natural sweetness of the mango and balances the flavors perfectly.
