  • 250g Arborio rice
  • 500g pumpkin, diced
  • 1 liter chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 50g butter
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese

To start, heat the chicken or vegetable broth in a saucepan over low heat to keep it warm. In a separate large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
