My Unique Spin on Healthy Desserts

Today, I’m excited to share a new recipe that I recently created that combines unexpected flavors for a delicious and healthy dessert option. This dessert is perfect for a cozy night in or a special treat for yourself after a long day.

Ingredients:

  • Greek yogurt (200g)
  • Fresh blueberries (100g)
  • Honey (30g)
  • Chopped pistachios (15g)
  • Chia seeds (5g)

Kitchen Tools:

  • mixing bowl
  • spoon
  • ramekins

I start by mixing Greek yogurt with honey in a bowl until well combined. Then, I gently fold in the fresh blueberries, being careful not to crush them completely. In another bowl, I mix chia seeds with a splash of water to create a chia pudding-like consistency.

Next, I layer the yogurt mixture and chia seed pudding in ramekins, creating a beautiful marbled effect. I top each ramekin with a sprinkle of chopped pistachios for a crunchy texture and added flavor.

I place the ramekins in the refrigerator to set for at least an hour before serving. The flavors meld together beautifully, creating a delicious and nutritious dessert option that satisfies any sweet cravings.

The total weight of the cooked dish is approximately 350g, with 2 servings. Each serving weighs around 175g, with an estimated calorie count of 250 per serving.

One clever tip for this recipe is to mix in a teaspoon of vanilla extract into the yogurt mixture for an extra layer of flavor.
