This indulgent, yet simple dessert is perfect for a cozy night in or a gathering with friends. The rich, creamy concoction of cookie butter and espresso is a true delight for your taste buds!

Ingredients:

  • 150g cookie butter
  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 60ml freshly brewed espresso
  • for garnish: chocolate shavings

Kitchen Tools:

To begin, scoop two generous servings of vanilla ice cream into each dessert glass. In a small saucepan, heat the cookie butter over low heat until it becomes a smooth and pourable consistency. Once the cookie butter is warm, drizzle it over the vanilla ice cream, allowing it to melt slightly.
