The crispy taco shell filled with fresh sushi ingredients and spicy wasabi guacamole is a flavor explosion that you won’t want to miss.

Ingredients:

  • 200g sushi rice
  • 2 nori sheets
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp wasabi paste
  • 1/2 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

To start, cook the sushi rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, let it cool slightly before seasoning with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. While the rice is cooling, prepare the rest of the ingredients.

In a bowl, mash the avocado with the wasabi paste until well combined to make the wasabi guacamole. Spread a thin layer of the guacamole onto the nori sheets. Add a layer of sushi rice on top of the guacamole, then top with julienned cucumbers and carrots. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and drizzle with soy sauce.

Carefully roll up the nori sheets into a tight cylinder and slice them into bite-sized pieces. Place the sushi taco bites into crispy taco shells for a unique twist on traditional sushi.
