  • shredded cheddar cheese (100g)
  • diced bell pepper (50g)
  • chopped scallions (30g)
  • eggs, beaten (4 large)

For this recipe, you will need the following kitchen tools:

  • rolling pin
  • round cookie cutter
  • baking sheet
  • pastry brush

Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the pie dough on a lightly floured surface and use the round cookie cutter to cut out circles.
