Ingredients:

  • chia seeds (50g)
  • coconut milk (200ml)
  • lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
  • blueberries (100g)
  • maple syrup (2 tbsp)

Kitchen Tools:

  • mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • measuring cup
  • grater

In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, coconut milk, lemon zest, and maple syrup. Whisk everything together until well combined. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken. Stir occasionally to prevent clumping.
