Ingredients:

  • 3 large russet potatoes (450g)
  • 1 small onion (100g)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 apples, peeled and diced (300g)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
