  • ramen noodles (200g)
  • coconut milk (400ml)
  • curry paste (50g)
  • vegetable broth (500ml)
  • bell pepper, sliced (1)
  • snow peas (100g)
  • cooked chicken, shredded (200g)
  • lime, juiced (1)

  • ladle

To start, heat a saucepan over medium heat and add the curry paste. Cook for a minute until fragrant, then pour in the coconut milk and vegetable broth. Stir well to combine and bring to a simmer.
