  • yellow onion (1, finely chopped)
  • garlic cloves (2, minced)
  • fresh sage leaves (10)
  • vegetable broth (1 liter)
  • parmesan cheese (50g, grated)
  • butter (30g)
  • olive oil (2 tbsp)
  • salt and pepper to taste

To prepare this dish, you’ll need the following kitchen tools:

  • large saucepan
  • wooden spoon
  • grater

Start by heating olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened. Then, add the diced butternut squash and arborio rice, stirring for a few minutes until the rice is lightly toasted.
