Ingredients:

  • 300g sushi rice, cooked
  • 4 nori sheets
  • 1 ripe mango, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, julienned
  • 4 tbsp spicy mayo
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Kitchen Tools:

  • bamboo sushi mat
  • rice cooker
  • sharp knife
  • cutting board

First, lay a nori sheet on the bamboo sushi mat. Spread a layer of sushi rice evenly on top of the nori sheet, leaving a small border around the edges. Arrange the mango, avocado, and cucumber slices in the center of the rice. Drizzle with spicy mayo and a touch of sriracha for some heat.

Using the bamboo mat, tightly roll up the nori sheet into a burrito shape. Wet the edges of the nori sheet with a bit of water to seal the burrito. Repeat with the remaining nori sheets and ingredients.

Once all the burritos are rolled, use a sharp knife to slice them into bite-sized pieces. Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
