Ingredients:

  • 1 can of chickpeas (400g), drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup of oat flour (120g)
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup (60ml)
  • 1/2 cup of almond butter (120g)
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

  • 8×8 inch baking pan

To begin, preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line your baking pan with parchment paper.

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, oat flour, maple syrup, almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Process until smooth and well combined, scraping down the sides as needed.

Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and spread it evenly into the prepared baking pan using a spatula.
