  • rice noodles (200g)
  • peanut butter (100g)
  • soy sauce (50ml)
  • lime juice (1 lime)
  • sriracha sauce (2 tbsp)
  • jalapeno (1, sliced)
  • corn kernels (100g)
  • cilantro (a handful, chopped)
  • peanuts (50g, crushed)

To start, cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. In a skillet, heat up some oil and sauté the corn kernels until they start to brown. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and sriracha sauce to make the spicy peanut sauce.
