To start, gather the following ingredients: shredded carrots (150g), chopped walnuts (50g), all-purpose flour (200g), baking powder (1 tsp), cinnamon (1 tsp), nutmeg (1/2 tsp), brown sugar (50g), milk (250ml), eggs (2), and butter (50g). For the delicious cream cheese glaze, you’ll need cream cheese (100g), powdered sugar (50g), and a splash of vanilla extract.

You’ll also need the following kitchen tools:

  • mixing bowl

  • skillet
  • spatula

Start by combining the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter.
