  • pasta (300g)
  • creme fraiche (100g)
  • cinnamon (1 tsp)
  • nutmeg (1/2 tsp)
  • cloves (1/4 tsp)
  • salt and pepper to taste

To start, cook the pasta according to the package instructions in a pot of salted boiling water. In a saucepan, combine the pumpkin puree, creme fraiche, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sauce is heated through and well combined.
