Crispy Prosciutto and Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

  • 500g baby potatoes, halved
  • 100g prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
