  • salmon fillets (150g each)
  • honey (30g)
  • soy sauce (15ml)
  • pineapple (100g, diced)
  • red bell pepper (50g, diced)
  • red onion (30g, finely chopped)
  • fresh cilantro (10g, chopped)
  • lime juice (15ml)
  • salt and pepper to taste
