  • butter (50g)
  • parmesan cheese (50g, grated)
  • fresh dill (for garnish)

For this recipe, you’ll need the following kitchen tools:

  • wooden spoon
  • blender
  • grater

Start by heating the chicken broth in a saucepan over low heat. In another saucepan, melt butter and sauté the shallots and garlic until translucent. Add the arborio rice and cook for a few minutes until the grains are coated with butter. Pour in the white wine and stir until absorbed.
