  • pizza dough (300g)
  • coconut milk (200ml)
  • curry powder (15g)
  • chicken breast (250g, cooked and shredded)
  • red onion (1, thinly sliced)
  • bell pepper (1, diced)
  • mozzarella cheese (150g, shredded)
  • fresh cilantro (a handful, chopped)

To start, preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface using a rolling pin until it forms a circle. Place the dough on a baking sheet and set aside.
