  • store-bought pizza dough (250g)
  • red onion, thinly sliced (150g)
  • fresh figs, sliced (100g)
  • goat cheese crumbles (100g)
  • balsamic glaze (30ml)
  • olive oil (15ml)
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • sauté pan

To start, preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet.
