Today’s Special: Spiced Pumpkin Alfredo Pasta

I’m excited to share this unique recipe for Spiced Pumpkin Alfredo Pasta with you today. With the autumn season in full swing, I wanted to create a dish that captures the cozy flavors of fall in a surprising and delicious way.

Ingredients:

  • 300g pumpkin puree
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 300g pasta of your choice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 100g parmesan cheese, grated
  • to taste
  • to taste

Kitchen Tools:

  • saucepan
  • whisk
  • pot

To start, cook the pasta according to package instructions in a pot of salted boiling water. In a separate saucepan, combine the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and black pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a whisk until the sauce is smooth and heated through.

Once the pasta is cooked al dente, drain it and add it to the pumpkin alfredo sauce. Stir well to coat the pasta evenly. Add the grated parmesan cheese and continue to stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce has thickened slightly.

Serve the Spiced Pumpkin Alfredo Pasta hot, garnished with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg for a festive touch. This dish is perfect for a cozy night in or a fall gathering with loved ones.
