Ingredients:

  • broccoli (200g)
  • bell pepper, assorted colors (150g)
  • carrots (100g)
  • snap peas (100g)
  • onion (100g)
  • garlic (3 cloves)
  • fresh ginger (10g)
  • soy sauce (30ml)
  • sesame oil (15ml)
  • rice vinegar (15ml)
  • honey (15ml)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools:

  • wok
  • chef’s knife
  • cutting board
  • garlic press
  • grater
  • measuring spoons

To start, chop the broccoli into florets, slice the bell peppers and carrots into thin strips, and trim the snap peas. Mince the onion, garlic, and ginger. In a hot wok, add sesame oil and sauté the onion until translucent. Then, add the garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.

Next, add in the broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the veggies are slightly tender but still crisp. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

Pour this flavorful sauce over the veggies and continue cooking until everything is well coated and heated through. Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve your Rainbow Veggie Stir-Fry hot over steamed rice or noodles.
