Hey there, foodies! Today, I am excited to share with you my latest creation: a Spicy Beef and Pineapple Stir-Fry. This dish is perfect for those days when you want something quick, easy, and bursting with flavor. The combination of tender beef, juicy pineapple, and a kick of spice will take your taste buds on a delicious journey.

Ingredients:

  • 250g beef strips
  • 200g pineapple chunks
  • 1 large bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 chili peppers, sliced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Kitchen Tools:

  • wok
  • chef’s knife
  • cutting board
  • tongs
  • measuring spoons

To start, heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, add the beef strips and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.

In the same wok, add the sliced onion, bell pepper, and chili peppers. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Next, return the beef to the wok and add the pineapple chunks. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Pour this sauce over the beef and pineapple mixture and stir well to combine.

Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce has thickened and the beef is cooked through. Serve the Spicy Beef and Pineapple Stir-Fry hot over steamed rice or noodles.
