  • salmon fillets (4 fillets, 600g)
  • maple syrup (80ml)
  • soy sauce (30ml)
  • sriracha (15ml)
  • garlic powder (5g)
  • salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • green onions (for garnish)

  • mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • oven

To start, preheat your oven to 200°C. In a mixing bowl, combine the maple syrup, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk the ingredients together until well combined.
