  • 300g chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • to taste

To start, heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring until fragrant. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.

Next, add in sliced bell pepper and onion, stirring constantly until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Then, stir in diced mango chunks and season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

Continue to stir-fry the mixture for another few minutes until everything is well combined and heated through. Make sure the mango softens slightly but still holds its shape.

Once everything is cooked to perfection, remove the wok from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves. Serve the spicy mango chicken stir-fry over steamed rice or noodles for a delightful and satisfying meal.
