Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe peaches (about 300g)
  • 100g of baby spinach
  • 100g of goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp of balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
