Ingredients:

  • spaghetti (200g)
  • butter (100g)
  • fresh rosemary (1 sprig)
  • garlic (2 cloves, minced)
  • Parmesan cheese (50g, grated)
  • salt
  • black pepper

  • colander
  • grater
  • knife

To start, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. While the pasta is cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Cook the butter until it turns a golden brown color and starts to develop a nutty aroma.

Once the butter is browned, add the minced garlic and rosemary sprig to the skillet. Let them cook for a minute or two to infuse the butter with their flavors. Be sure to remove the rosemary sprig before adding the cooked pasta to the skillet.
