To prepare this dish, you will need the following kitchen tools:

  • cutting board
  • baking sheet
  • saucepan
  • wooden spoon

Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Peel and dice the pumpkin into small cubes, then place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the pumpkin is tender and slightly caramelized.
