Ingredients:

  • chicken breast fillets (500g)
  • mango chunks (200g)
  • fresh basil leaves (50g)
  • red chili peppers (2)
  • garlic cloves (3)
  • soy sauce (50ml)
  • honey (30ml)
  • olive oil (30ml)
  • salt and pepper to taste

To start, slice the chicken breast fillets into thin strips and set them aside. In a blender, combine the mango chunks, basil leaves, red chili peppers (seeds removed), garlic cloves, soy sauce, and honey. Blend until you have a smooth marinade.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken strips and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned on all sides, then pour the mango basil marinade over the chicken. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together and the chicken to cook through.
