In a mixing bowl, combine 300g of cubed pumpkin bread, 100g of chopped pecans, and 50g of raisins. Pour in a mixture of 2 eggs, 250ml of milk, 50g of brown sugar, and a teaspoon each of cinnamon and nutmeg. Let the bread soak up the liquid for about 15 minutes before transferring the mixture into a greased baking dish.
