To begin, you will need the following ingredients:
– 300g of parsnips
– 200g of wild blueberries
– 1 tablespoon of honey
– 1 teaspoon of thyme
– Salt and pepper to taste

For this recipe, you will need the following kitchen tools:

  • cutting board
  • baking dish
  • mixing bowl

Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Peel and chop the parsnips into small cubes and place them in a mixing bowl. Add the wild blueberries, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper to the bowl and toss everything together until the ingredients are well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the parsnips are tender and slightly caramelized. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
