  • 100g blueberries
  • 200g flour
  • 5g baking powder
  • 3g salt
  • 10g sugar
  • 250ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 30g butter

Start by cooking the spicy pork sausage in a frying pan over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and egg.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries. Melt the butter in the same frying pan used for the sausage. Pour the pancake batter into the pan to form small pancakes.
