Ingredients:

  • 400g chicken breast, diced
  • 1 ripe mango, cubed
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 red chili, sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Next, add cubed mango, soy sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar to the wok. Stir well to combine all the flavors. Allow the sauce to thicken slightly before adding fresh basil leaves and lime juice.

Cook for a few more minutes until the basil wilts and the chicken is cooked through. Serve the Spicy Mango Basil Chicken hot over steamed rice or noodles.
