Ingredients:

  • 100g
  • 50g
  • 30ml
  • 25g
  • 2 peppers
  • 8 pieces

To start, heat a skillet over medium heat and add the shrimp. Cook until they are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, mayonnaise, lime juice, and chopped cilantro to make the slaw. For the spicy kick, finely chop the chipotle peppers and mix them into the slaw.
