Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts (400g)
  • 1 ripe mango, diced (200g)
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves (30g)
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Start by heating olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and add them to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until chicken is no longer pink.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sriracha, and honey. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet and stir well to coat. Add diced mango and chili flakes, and continue cooking until the mango softens slightly.

Finally, tear the fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them over the dish. Stir gently to incorporate the basil. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
