  • boneless chicken breast (300g)
  • mango (1, diced)
  • red onion (1/2, finely chopped)
  • jalapeno pepper (1, seeded and minced)
  • lime (1, juiced)
  • cilantro (a handful, chopped)
  • taco seasoning (2 tbsp)
  • tortillas (4)
  • salt and pepper to taste
